We usually ship orders the next business day or as indicated by the availability information after the receipt of your order. We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages and/or any delays in delivery due to the fault of the shipping company. In the event the shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us and the carrier the same day by phone and in writing. For orders shipped to a shipping address different from the billing address, please call the credit card issuing bank and request to add the shipping address as an alternate authorized address. In case of refunds, we do not refund the shipping charges. All transactions on our site are covered by SSL security. WWS will not share your information with any third party. We do not store any credit card information on our site.
